The world of ghrotons is actually several worlds...
Ghrotons don't seem to have an original home planet that they originated from, therefore their species is spread out across spaceships and smaller planets in their own solar system, called the Ghrotys System. Ghrotons are not only highly adaptable, but also rather adept with technology. Ancient Ghrotons were the ones who built the massive Dormitory Ship and The Cradle, and were believed to have terraformed some of the nearby planets. Because of Ghrotons' enhanced technology, just about anyone can go from planet to planet and visit the Spaceships as well, within minutes. Ghrotons also are peculiar in the fact that they can all survive the airless vacuum of space so long as there is starlight in the solar system, so no need for space suits and all that nonsense. Ghrotons usually get through space with the use of Ferry Ships, which make round trips throughout the entire Ghrotys System. They're free to ride, it'd suck to be stuck on a lava planet after realizing you have no pocket change on you.

The Cradle
The Cradle is a massive space ship parked near the Ghrotys sun, among the orbital paths of several tame planets. It is where expecting mothers, children, and teenagers live temporarily. It is massive on the inside with many rooms and sectors, including a cafeteria, school area, bedrooms, bathrooms, recreational areas, etc. Ghrotads are forbidden to leave the ship without an adult accompanying them, and Ghroteens can leave by themselves but have a curfew to abide by. It is common for random Ghrotons to contribute DNA to artificially create children, causing a whole slew of parent-less children raised by the employees of The Cradle. This is considered the norm.
The Cradle is currently owned and managed by a Ghroton named Dmitri
Children can also be born to couples once a breeding system is implemented

The Dormitory Ships
The Dormitory Ships, like The Cradle, is a massive ship used for housing adult Ghrotons. The housing is free and the ship also has cafeteria, bathrooms, bedrooms, recreational areas, higher education, and so forth like The Cradle, but with less restriction. Many Ghrotons are content living here for the rest of their days while some desire to live on one of the planets of the Ghrotys System, since The Dormitory Ships lack much scenery and space. The Ferry Ships make frequent rounds to this location. The Dormitory Ships are currently owned and managed by a Ghroton named Mr. Eldritch, who is rarely seen in person. |

Grand Library
This library was actually commissioned to a builder from Eythea, when enough bookworms complained about the ship’s old library, which was pretty much a small corner in one of the unused janitor closets, with few dusty, worn books thrown haphazardly onto the shelves. It is one of the most interesting places in the ship, due to it’s more colorful appearance, and the whole floor of the area being a complete Quorum floor. Many a Ghroton go here to study, stargaze, or even just to nap and is now a popular hotspot for any Ghroton looking for peace and quiet.

Cafeteria
Ghrotons go here to eat, ordering food from the kitchen near one of the main entryways. This room is almost never empty, save for the earliest hours of the morning when the kitchen is closed. The tables stand parallel to one another with a long bench spaced between each one for Ghrotons to share. Because the tables glow and float on their own, the lights are often dimmed to allow for an interesting atmosphere.

The Ghrotys Solar System
Many planets inhabit the Ghrotons' solar system and each one is able to be visited or become a habitat for any Ghroton!
Planets you can visit!
The first Planet, Pyrodome is the closest to the sun, and has a strange orbit, a day being one full orbit around the sun. For this reason, one side of the planet is a scorched wasteland, the other side being a frozen desert. There are surprisingly habitable areas nestled in between these two polar opposites, and is quite fertile for growing crops. However farmers must rotate any crop they planted each day to the other side of the planet as the first side will be in direct sunlight. (A day takes about a few months, as the same side of the planet faces the sun for a whole orbit)
The second planet, Eythea, is the closest to our Earth’s conditions for life. It contains multiple biomes and a wide variety of fauna and flora alike.
The third planet, Trion, is mostly covered in water, with few islands spread few and far between. Due to the constant storms many Ghrotons have adapted to living underwater, have reported showing signs of adaptations like gills and webbed feet/claws, an even constructing elaborate cities under the waves.
The fourth planet, Uz’ith Colossal, is actually the result of two planets, Uzol and Territh, colliding with one another. Strangely enough, both planets still retain a gravitational pull, causing an unstable orbit. The collision of these planets is what many believe forced Ghrotons into space, and why they do not allow ghrotads to walk on the lower planets unsupervised, fearing that it will eventually collide with the other planets of the system and create a uninhabitable mega planet. Once a lush planet like Eythea, this planet is now a hostel desert, with the exception of a strange “Obsidian sea” stretched along the opposite side of the planet. It is called this because of its strange black coloring, and that one can mine quorum, a popular shiny mineral not unlike granite, which is used in creating all kinds of objects, from little knicknacks to even having whole building floors made from it.
The final planet, Xesleu, is a one of icy rock. There is a lot of debate circulating this planet, or even if it is a planet at all, as it seems to follow Uz’ith like a moon. Xesleu is often shadowed behind the colossal planet, and gets minimal amounts of sun a year (a year for this planet would be about five years). It also has three “moons” that follow it, also heavily debated to be merely small meteors. Strangely enough, this planet is the most frequently visited due to its captivating atmosphere. It glitters similar to the Aurora Borealis here on earth, and the moons only enhance its beauty. It is usually nighttime, and the Ghroton ship will only make a stop here during the planet’s equinox, the middle of the “year” (so about one out of the five years) when the planet gets sunlight. It is still incredibly cold, but during this time flora and fauna begin to emerge and bring the planet to life. Unfortunately, the atmosphere reacts differently to sunlight, and no longer shines with it’s usual colors until the world is plunged back into the shadow of Uz’ith.
